ABOUT Sophie

Prototype Yourself as a lifestyle

I’ve always been drawn to movement, challenge, and exploration—whether in business, sports, or life itself. Growing up with pilot parents, I learned early on what it means to navigate uncertainty, embrace adventure, and adapt quickly. My time in boarding school in England taught me resilience and independence, while competing in the European Championships as a dancer showed me the power of discipline, creativity, and perseverance.
Today, as a speaker, startup growth operator, podcaster, and moderator, I help founders and teams bring ideas to life, negotiate with confidence, and build something that lasts. I believe the best results come from asking the hard questions, challenging perspectives, and staying open to new ways of thinking.
More than anything, I value deep connections and intelligent conversations—the ones that make you rethink, refine, and grow. Whether I’m on stage, in a workshop, or behind the mic, my goal is always the same: to create engaging, hands-on experiences that turn insights into action.

I also speak, host purposeful workshops and organize my own events, too!

I thrive on connecting the right people—bringing together founders and investors, ideas and makers, curious minds and powerful bodies.

Whether I’m hosting events, moderating panels, or organizing networking afterworks, I create spaces where conversations spark action, partnerships take shape, and ideas find the momentum they need.

For me, it’s not just about bringing people into a room—it’s about curating meaningful interactions that lead to real opportunities.

Whether it’s an intimate founder-investor gathering, a hands-on innovation session, or a dynamic afterwork, my focus is always on fostering deep connections, bold thinking, and tangible outcomes.
